We collect account details such as name, mobile number, email address, role, city, company details and profile photo when provided. We also collect property listing information, requirements, support messages, chat content, call/meeting metadata, uploaded documents, payment/subscription records and device notification tokens needed to operate the service.
PropX requests permissions only for app features: camera and photos/videos for profile, property and document uploads; microphone and phone/call related access for in-app voice/video calling; notifications, full-screen alerts and overlay access for incoming call and message alerts; location access when you choose location-based property features.
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify users, publish and manage listings, match requirements, support chats/calls/meetings, process subscriptions, send service notifications, detect abuse, respond to support requests and improve PropX features including Jinny AI assistance.
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us run PropX, such as hosting, storage, notifications, SMS/email, payment gateways, analytics/diagnostics and AI processing. These providers are used only for service delivery, security, support and compliance.
Payments are processed by authorised payment gateway partners. PropX does not store full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. We keep order, invoice, subscription and transaction status records needed for billing, tax, support, dispute handling and legal compliance.
We use HTTPS/TLS in transit, authenticated API access, password hashing and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; users should keep passwords and OTPs private and report suspicious activity immediately.
We retain account and transaction data while your account is active and as long as needed for service, legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes. You can update profile information, control app permissions in device settings, opt out of non-essential notifications where supported and request access, correction or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable law.
